Saluting lifetimes of dedication

June 27th marked another special milestone in the journey of Al Hathboor Group. It was a day of mixed emotions, a time of commemorating achievement and rewarding success, yet a time to part. This special day marked the close of innings for two staff members who completed over 30 years of service: Mr Jan Mohammed Baloch, Driver, Al Hathboor Foods and Mr Ravi, Mechanic.

The Group felicitated the duo at a special function at the corporate boardroom. CEO M.Salahuddin spoke to the occasion reminding attendee staff members of the importance of hard work, dedication and loyalty. He appreciated the long, sincere years invested by this parting pair and felicitated them with a special monetary token from the Group.

Likewise, many HODs spoke at the function congratulating the two on their remarkable innings and wished them a happy homeward journey followed by peaceful retired life ahead. Also present at the occasion were drivers from several divisions who felicitated the duo.

Couple Makes it Perfect

They are the D'souzas. Meet our in house pairs Mr.Kenneth D'souza and Mrs.Nataline D'souza.
Kenneth joined as a Telephone Operator in Gulf Mechanical Engineers & Suppliers in the year 1997. Nataline joined Al Hathboor Group as General Secretary in 1998. Two different locations, two different minds and they got united on 15th May 1999 and are happily living with their blessed one, 9 year old Mickhail D'souza. Years have passed, and today Kenneth is the Sales Coordinator at Gulf Mechanical Engineers and Suppliers, where as Nataline is the HR Executive at Al Hathboor Group.

The equation was simple, as it was to the chemistry. The D'souzas are great examples of trust in Al Hathboor. We are proud of them too.

Father - Son Combo

Anyone who has visited Arabian Gulf Agencies can never miss Mr.Janga Gangarajam, fondly called Rajam by all.
Rajam is 52 now, and came to Dubai as a labourer in 1987 to work in Arabian Gulf Agencies. Twenty four years of working here, and during this time, he has got married to a girl in his village in Andhra Pradesh, India. They have two sons and two daughters, all grown up and married, well settled and have two children each. The elder son takes care of farming in his village, an asset which Rajam has procured by years of toiling in Dubai. The younger son Janga Lingaiah, joined Arabian Gulf Agencies as a Labourer in 2006. Tradition and history repeats, on its own.

This father-son combo is another lively example of the trust and confidence in Al Hathboor. We salute and appreciate them.
