Art4Earth Painting Display

On July 4th, AHG Corporate HO witnessed a splendid display of paintings from participating employees in response to an art competition featured in AHG’s inhouse magazine ‘echoes’.

The competition featured two categories – above 15 and below 15 years where participants submitted original entries on a medium of their choice covering either of the two topics: “Earth Day” / “Anti Tobacco Day”. CEO M.Salahuddin was the guest of honour. The judges were Mr Pankaj Menon, SGM, AHGT – Artists’ and Stationery Material Division and AHI, Mrs Muntaha Fawaz, GM – Admin. & AHGT – Tenders Division and Mr Adil Fakih, Manager – HR & Legal Admin, AHG. This special event was hosted by Mr Naresh Bhatia, Div. Mgr, AHGT - Artists’ and Stationery Material Division.

The prizes were sponsored by AHGT – Artists’ and Stationery Material Division. Besides one winner in each category, all other participants will be entitled to a special consolation prize. Winners will be declared in the forthcoming issue of ‘echoes’.

New PLET – Martinizing outlet launched at Al Qusais 2

PLET – Martinizing made a big splash opening for its sparkling new Al Qusais 2 counter on July 3rd. With CEO M.Salahuddin cutting the inaugural ribbon, the opening ceremony was attended by HODs and staffmembers of Al Hathboor Group among other guests.

Besides the popular full service store with dry-cleaning and finishing, PLET – Martinizing introduced the professional Laundromat – the first of its kind in the region. Popular across the western world, this concept helps customers utilize Martinizing’s time-saving, heavy-duty machines all by themselves. This new venture is yet another PLET initiative in synch with Al Hathboor Group’s endeavor to provide unlimited possibilities to its valued customers.
